1- Carrot juice
Carrots are high in vitamin A which helps to stop disease . they’re also filled with beta-carotene and flavonoids.
This is one vegetable that’s good for your whole body! Carrots can be consumed in any form, except adding sugar. Because they’re a sweet vegetable they create an excellent addition to bitter greens in juice. Try adding carrots to your spinach juice.
They have abundant amounts of Glutathione which again, are an excellent detoxifier for the liver.
As a side effect, Lycopene in tomatoes will protect against breast, skin, and carcinoma .
