Autogenic methods for relaxation use both visual stimuli and body sensitivity to reduce stress. Autogenic relaxation is in you. You can repeat phrases, make ideas in your head, visualize a peaceful environment, regulate your breathing, or sense different physical feelings. The things are, is that whatever you do, the pressure will be minimized, the mind will relax, and muscle tension reduced.
2-Progressive muscle relaxation
Progressive muscle relaxation focuses on gradual stress and relaxation of the body’s individual muscle unit. Stress, rage, irritation and anxiety cause muscles to tighten up and these muscles will stay tight without necessary compounds in the body. You can become aware of the difference between muscle tension and relaxation with gradual muscle relaxation. You could start all the way down from your head to your toes or vice versa. For five seconds, contract each muscle and relax for 30 seconds.
